Larry Easterday, President and CEO has dedicated most of his adult life to the entertaiment lighting and manufacturing industry.
-1999, Co-founded Performance Electric, Inc. and currently handles the inside sales, marketing and general management of the company.
-1995, Founded Pintech Electronic Percussion.  North America's largest digital/electronic drum manufacturer.
-1991, Co-founded Plugs Plus, Inc. A specialized distributor of electrical plugs, connectors and components that service the stage and studio market.
-1990, Founded Pintech, Inc.  A manufacturer of U.S. made stage pin plugs, connectors and receptacles.
-1987, Founded SSRC, A manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment for the stage and studio lighting industry.
-1983, Employed by David Hand at Stage Engineering Int'l as sales consultant and helped pioneer the extruded aluminum connector strips for use in the theatrical lighting industry.
-The earlier years, Worked as a freelance lighting designer for several touring acts.
